Finally a Natural Sunscreen that Doesn’t Wash Off!

External sun protection
Instead of conventional sunscreens you can use extra virgin organic coconut oil, which is not only a good sun protector by lower intensity of the sun, it also provides minerals, vitamins, fatty acids and antioxidants which are nourishing your skin and keep it looking smooth and young. Coconut oil, hemp seed oil and sesame seed oil have a natural UV-filter. Coconut oil provides a 20% UV-protection which is equivalent to an SPF 8.

Internal sun protection

We can protect us also from inside against the sun by activating our own UV-protection with antioxidants that contain carotenoids such as from tomatoes, carrots, blueberries and peppers. Astaxanthin is the world’s strongest carotenoid pigment and is found in certain marine plants and animals, it is also called “the king of the carotenoids”. It is effectively spreading throughout the whole body and protects all organs, joints and tissues, including the skin. Astaxanthin contains strong antioxidative properties which are highly effective against inflammation and because a sunburn is nothing else then an inflammation, it is protecting us against sunburn.

It is recommended to build up the sun protection by taking for 4 weeks daily 8 mg of astaxanthin to be well protected.

By protecting yourself against the danger of the UV-ray’s with astaxanthin your body also receives very important and beneficial nutrients and the strongest antioxidant found in nature. You are now also able to absorb the vitamin D by the sun whereas conventional sunscreens not only block the sun but also the absorption of the beneficial vitamin D. Further, with conventional sunscreens you are applying unhealthy chemicals to your skin. Also, no water or sweat can wash away this natural sunscreen.

Don’t forget: The most protective, cheap and stable sunscreen offers the shade. If you are all day in the sun wear special sun protective clothes.
